WP11SENS is one of three models Washburn has introduced into the 2015 acoustic lineup. Along with other two, also vintage-styled parlor models, it was unveiled at the NAMM show. The overall theme of the Parlor line is the golden age of acoustics aesthetics and tone in 21st century. WP26 displays the full idea, including the vintage-styled decorations, hardware, 1890s inlays on the fingerboard, and many more. WP21 is not as extravagant, but follows in the footsteps of the gorgeous 26. On the other hand, WP11 is a budget-friendly parlor guitar with simple design and a terrific tone. The strength and the singing quality of this model`s tone comes from the smart combination of mahogany, rosewood and spruce. Mahogany sides, rosewood back and spruce sound board give a dark, warm tone with a good response and even better definition and clarity. Fishman`s Sonitone electronics system is a common feature among the Parlor series models, proving that the guitar can sound equally as good, both plugged in and played with no amplification.
