One of the chosen five is named BR-143A and it comes with an orchestra body with non-cutaway construction. Also, this one is fully acoustic, with no pickups or preamps installed. Body of this model is made of mahogany and spruce. This age old combination draws the best and strongest tone out of an acoustic guitar at a reasonable price. It is matched with a mahogany neck. Neck`s made of a single piece of wood, equipped with a low profile contour and finished in satin. Bridge and fingerboard are usually matched and made of same wood. Such is the case with this model, where these two are made of rosewood. Hardware is plated in nickel.
