RK-R35-BR Recording King Madison Resonator Banjo is one of five Madison series banjo models. It is a resonator banjo, with five-string construction, 26-1/4" scale (Elite series models have 27-3/8" scales across the board, with Madisons being closer to standard six-string length), high-quality hardware, and a royal tone. Main features include a maple resonator, 3-ply steam-bent maple rim, one-piece flange (Mastertone-style), 11" Remo head (High Crown), and a 24-bracket notched tension hoop (American threaded hooks & nuts). Natural (w/satin finish, ivoroid binding, nickel/brass hardware) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a maple neck (w/adjustable truss rod, fast contour), 22-fret padauk fingerboard (Seagull inlays, 26-1/4" scale, bone nut), maple/ebony bridge, and planetary tuners.
