Norman Guitars` catalog is completely dedicated to affordable steel-string acoustics (and acoustic-electrics). Four main series include Expedition, Protege, Encore, and Studio (ordered from the most affordable to the most expensive). The Studio series offers six models, five of which are dreadnoughts. ST40 CW GT Presys is the only one of five dread options which sports a cutaway. main features include a flat-top body (solid mahogany back & sides, solid spruce top), standard 14th fret dovetail neck joint, Godin QIT electronics (pickup + preamp), and stock hardware. Natural (w/semi-gloss finish, creme binding, tortoise pickguard) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a solid mahogany neck, 21-fret fingerboard made of rosewood (dot inlays, 24.84" scale, 16" radius), fixed rosewood bridge, and die-cast tuners.
