Maxtone is one of many Chinese brands with western names and very affordable instruments. WGC 3901C is a single-cut concert guitar with completely acoustic construction. Back, sides and the top of the body are made of laminated linden, while the neck is made of nato. Linden is used for the most basic and most affordable acoustic guitars out there. WGC 3901C is most certainly one of the brighter examples of the entry class. It brings a decent tone and playability, as well as good build quality. Nato neck is attached to the body at the standard 14th fret through a dovetail joint. In the back, it has a comfortable rounded profile, while the top is reserved for a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard. Die-cast tuning machines installed on the headstock in the classic 3+3 arrangement are plated in chrome.
