Steelstring Backpacker is a travel-sized guitar made by Martin Guitars. It features an original Martin contour of the body and it is made of laminated woods with only essential features. Body of this back pack guitar is made of tonewood back and sides with spruce sound board on top. There are no binding, pickguard on this model. There is only a single circle rosette around the sound hole. Bridge is made of morado and it features backpacker contour. It is matched with a morado fingerboard with 15 frets, dot inlays and 1-11/16" wide string nut. Neck beneath the fingerboard is made of hardwood and it features standard contour in the back. Electronics are optional for this Backpacker and can include Martin Thinline 332 Backpacker system. Hardware is plated in nickel.
