0002H comes as an upgrade to the 0001 model, as it is a customary for Collings acoustic series to have models denoted by numbers. In this system 1 marks the starting model, while 2 and 3 successively represent it`s upgrades. 0002H is a non-cutaway model with the body made of east Indian rosewood back and sides with sitka spruce top. The top is bound in herringbone binding and covered with tortoise pickguard. The bridge is mad of standard ebony and equipped with pyramid shape. However, ebony pins and bone saddle are kept. The neck is made of mahogany and it comes together with the body at the 12th fret. Ebony fingerboard sports 20 frets, dot inlays and 1-13/16" bone nut. 25-1/2" scale and nickel-plated Waverly tuners complete the specs.
