ASA series offers acoustic models with a bit shorter scales and smaller bodies. Aria advertises them as perfect travel companions, and we can`t help but agree. 22-7/" scales, minute parlor bodies and comfortable necks are the strongest points of ASA guitars. ASA18HC is nylon-stringed half of the ASA18 duo, which comprises the ASA lineup. It comes with a non-cutaway body made entirely of sapele (back, sides, top). Laser-etched rosette graces the sound hole. The neck is also made of sapele; it`s attached at 14th fret and has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on top (1.81" wide string nut). ASA-18HC has no electronics installed on or within the body, it`s fully acoustic. Slotted headstock, open-gear tuners and rosewood bridge complete the specs list.
