Yamaha NTX700 Review
NTX Series Electric Guitar by 'Yamaha'
NTX700 is a jumbo-shaped model from Yamaha`s Nylon Electric series and it comes with a single cutaway design. Back and sides on this model are made of nato wood, while the top is made of spruce. Spruce is the second most common top option for nylon-stringed guitars, far behind the champion, the cedar top. This spruce top is bound in natural binding and finished in high gloss polish. There is no pickguard featured on the specs list of NTX700. Bridge section features a rosewood bridge with modified shape. In the electronics department Yamaha installs System 61 two-way A.R.T. system. Neck on NTX700 is made of nato wood and it is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. It features 22 frets, no position inlays and 2.04" wide synthetic bone nut.
