The basic concept is the fusion of the traditional classical guitar with contemporary technology and electronics. NCX700C is one of the most affordable representatives of the series, coming in with $865.00 price tag (MSRP, not retail price). Main features include a single-cut body (full-sized classical body with Venetian cutaway, nato back & sides, spruce top), 12th fret dovetail neck joint, standard 25-9/16" scale, Yamaha`s own electronics, modern styling. Natural (w/gloss finish, gold hardware) is the only available color option. Other important appointments include a nato neck, 19-fret rosewood fingerboard (2.05" nut, side dot inlays, classical frets), rosewood bridge, and classical tuners.
