Yamaha NCX2000 Review
NCX Series Electric Guitar by 'Yamaha'
Yamaha`s catalog of musical instruments covers far more than guitar and bass sections, with pianos, brass instruments and many, many others. Guitar department features an entire segment dedicated only to the classical guitars. NCX series is made up of acoustic-electric nylon-stringers and NCX2000 is among it`s top models. Classically shaped body is equipped with single cutaway construction and glossy natural color. Back and side panels on this model are made of rosewood, while the top is made of spruce. Several layers of binding and elegant sound hole rosette complete the top panel specs. In the bridge section, Yamaha installs a standard, ebony-made bridge. Neck is made of mahogany and it is topped with a high quality ebony fingerboard. 19 frets and 2.08" synthetic bone nut complete the fingerboard. Piezo preamp/pickup combo completes the electronics section.
