LSX26C completes the L series of acoustic-electric guitars from Yamaha`s catalog and it comes with a grand auditorium-shaped body with single cutaway. This model is only made available in natural color with high gloss finish. Vintage styling on this steel-stringer is the overall theme, with tortoise shell pickguard, triple circle rosette and gold-plated tuners being it`s most prominent representatives. Body of this guitar is made of rosewood back and sides and spruce top. Top panel is bound in several layers of binding. Bridge sports a regular Yamaha acoustics shape and it is made of ebony. In the electronics department Yamaha installs a combination of under-saddle piezo pickup and System60 preamp. Fingerboard on this model is made of ebony and it comes with 20 frets with a set of dot position inlays.
