LL-16-L is a vintage styled guitar suited for left-handed guitarists, and it is situated in LL series of acoustic guitars in Yamaha catalog. It comes with dreadnought-shaped body with non-cutaway construction. Back and side panels are made of rosewood, while the top is made of spruce. Top panel on this model is bound in white and equipped with a vintage-styled black plastic pickguard. Sound hole is decorated with a triple circle rosette. Bridge on this gloss-finished top is made of ebony and it features standard belly shape. There are no electronics featured on this model. Neck is made of mahogany and it comes with a dovetail joint at the 14th fret. Rosewood is the material of choice for this 20-fret fingerboard. Die-cast tuners and 25-5/8" scale wrap the specs list.
