Parlor shape is one of the smallest in the industry count as standard sized guitars and this shape has it`s special place in Washburn catalog. Parlor series consists of several acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars with R314K being the basic model of the series. It comes with non-cutaway design of the body. Back and side panels on this model are made of tonewood and the top is made of spruce. Top panel is bound in white and decorated with a double circle rosette around the sound hole. There is no pickguard installed. Bridge section is equipped with a rosewood-made bridge with ornamentation. Neck is made of mahogany and it sports the V contour on it`s back. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and it comes with 18 frets with star inlays.
