Each Spring and Fall Taylor Guitars represent a new line of limited edition models. Fall of 2010 saw the Koa 500 line of acoustic electric guitars. With Taylor`s already known system of model naming, it is obvious that the 510ce-LTD is an acoustic-electric dreadnought with a cutaway. It is made of spruce top and koa back and sides. It is available in natural gloss finish with indian rosewood binding. The bridge is made of ebony with black pins. Electronics are made up of Taylor Expression System preamp with controls on the side of the guitar. Mahogany neck has a dovetail joint set at the 14th fret. Ebony fingerboard has 20 frets, pipeline inlays and 1.75" wide TUSQ nut. Other features include: gold hardware, 25-1/2" scale and Taylor tuners.
