454ce is a twelve-stringed acoustic-electric guitar made by Taylor Guitars. It is situated within the 12 String series in the standard section of the acoustic catalog. This model is equipped with ebony fingerboard with 20 frets, dot position inlays, 15" radius and 1.875" wide TUSQ nut. Beneath this fingerboard Taylor installs one of their most standard features, a neck made of tropical mahogany. It is attached to the body with a dovetail joint set at 14th fret. Electronics setup includes Taylor`s own famous Expression System as it`s only means of amplification. Bridge section is equipped with another standard feature, an ebony bridge with regular Taylor contour. Body of this model is made of ovangkol back and sides with spruce-made sound board on top. It is available in natural color with gloss finish.
