The standard section of Takamine`s G range is made up of six series (10, 20, 30, 50, 70, 90) and several other, specialized series. However, the lowest standard series (10) has recently got an all-mahogany off-shoot named G11. Thus far, only three models (two fully acoustic and one amplified) have been introduced into the series` lineup. GD11M is a fully-acoustic dreadnought and the basic model of the G11 line. Laminated body, 14th fret neck joint, simple styling, and stock hardware & electronics are G11M`s main characteristics. Natural Satin (w/chrome-plated tuners, triple circle rosette, dot inlays) is the only available color option. Other important features include an all-mahogany body (back, sides, top), solid mahogany neck, 21-fret fingerboard made of rosewood, and belly-style bridge (w/one-piece saddle).
