EG530DLX comes from the Dreadnoughts series settled in the G series section of Takamine catalog. This particular model comes with deluxe treatment, which, for G series, includes abalone binding, tortoise shell pickguard and abalone rosette on the top. Also, it includes high gloss finish over the natural color scheme and gold-plated hardware on the headstock. Body is single cut and acoustic-electric with TP4T preamp installed on the shoulder. Materials used for the body are sapele for back and sides with spruce as the sound board on top. Bridge section on this one sports Takamine`s standard belly-contoured bridge made of rosewood. Fingerboard is also made of rosewood and it features 20 frets, abalone inlays and 1.65" wide string nut. Natural color with gloss finish is the only one available.
