Takamine`s G series comes with a wide range of affordable acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars. EG128SC comes with a classical shaped body with single cutaway construction. Back and sides on this nylon-stringer are made of rosewood, while the top is made of spruce. Black binding, gloss finish and classical rosette decorate the top. As it is customary for classical guitars, EG128SC features no pickguards on it`s top. The bridge on this model is made of rosewood. Electronics department is made up of an under-saddle piezo and TP4T preamp with a side-mounted control panel. Besides volume and tone controls, this preamp features a tuner. Neck is attached to the body with a dovetail joint and topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 19 frets have no inlays and string nut is 2.08" wide.
