2758AX is an acoustic-electric twelve-stringer from Ovation`s Standard Elite series. It comes with a regular Ovation shaped body with single-cutaway construction. It`s back and sides are, now traditionally, made of composite materials, and are merged into a single bowl instead of separate panels. Top is made of spruce and it features white binding. Top is painted in sunburst pattern and finished in gloss. Multiple offset sound holes are decorated with wooden epaulettes. Bridge on this model is made of rosewood and it comes with a standard Ovation shape. Electronics on 2758 are made up of OCP-1K pickup and OP-Pro preamp. Neck is made of mahogany and it is topped with a rosewood fingerboard. 22 frets, dot position inlays and 1.6875" wide synthetic bone string nut finish the fingerboard specs.
