Martin`s 16 Series is positioned below the Standard and Artist series, but still offers the quality level worthy of it`s brand`s reputation. The series traits include: solid tonewoods, set-in neck joints and X-bracing. HD-16R Adirondack is a non-cutaway dreadnought guitar with an Adirondack spruce top and rosewood back and sides. It is available in natural gloss color with ivoroid top binding. The neck is made of hardwood and features V contour and mortise and tenon neck joint. The fingerboard is made of ebony and it is equipped with 20 frets, white dot position inlays, 16" radius and 1.6875" wide corian nut. The bridge on this model is made of solid ebony to match the fingerboard. The list price for this model is set at $2,999.
