Back in the early 1950s, there was a fear that the solid-bodied electric guitars would quickly make the acoustics and classics obsolete and convert all guitar players to the electric side. Almost seven decades later, both steel and nylon-string guitars are here and are doing great. Along the way, they met modern technology and the needs of modern musicians, and the thinline acoustic-electric guitars were born. Arena Bourbon Burst Crescent II is one of the finest thinline representatives of La Patrie`s catalog, being one of only four currently available Arena series models. Main features include a single-cut body (mahogany back & sides, solid spruce top, Venetian cutaway), mahogany neck (12th fret joint, 19-fret richlite fingerboard on top), B-Band Crescent II electronics, fixed richlite bridge, and gold-plated tuning pegs.
