JG-100 comes from the More Acoustics series made by Johnson Guitars. This series is assigned models which could not fit into any other series or line, but were too important or popular to be canceled. JG-100 is a classic acoustic guitar made of catalpa and composite materials. Entire non-cutaway body is made of catalpa, as is the neck. Neck is attached tot he body with a 12th fret dovetail joint and it`s topped with a standard 19-fret fingerboard made of katalox. Frets have no position inlays other than side dots and string nut is 1-11/16" wide. Also, the radius on this fingerboard is flat. Bridge section is equipped with a modern classic bridge made of composite materials. This six-stringer plays really well for a beginner`s model.
