AE is one of the most recently introduced series, as well as the current flagship series of Ibanez`s acoustic guitar range. It builds on the decades-long heritage of Ibanez`s acoustics and aims to set standards for the times to come. The new 2018 lineup of the AE series offers a whole new range of acoustic-electric guitars, among which AE800 is the flagship model. The new AE800 is available in Natural High Gloss (w/chrome hardware, multi-layered binding, abalone rosette). Core construction features include a single-cut AE body (solid African mahogany back/sides, solid Sitka spruce top), an African mahogany neck w/advanced comfort profile, a 20-fret fingerboard made of rosewood (25.5" scale, dot inlays, 1.73" nut, 16.9" radius), a rosewood bridge, T-Bar pickup (w/external preamp unit), and Gotoh tuners.
