The major difference is that A series representatives lean more on the electric side of the electro-acoustic spectrum. A6 Ultra Koa HG is one of a wide variety of currently available models. Main features include a chambered single-cut body (silver leaf maple base, Canadian basswood wings, and koa top), bolt-on neck construction, hybrid electronics (under-saddle transducer pickup, Godin Custom humbucker in the neck), 25-1/2" scale, and stripped-down styling. Natural (w/creme binding, gloss finish, chrome hardware) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a mahogany neck, 22-fret fingerboard made of richlite, fixed richlite bridge, and die-cast tuners.
