Tiers of the Paramount series currently range from Standard to Limited, with Deluxe being in the middle. Numerical designations are there to mark different body shapes. For example, PM-1 models are dreadnoughts, PM-2s are parlors, PM-3s triple Os, while the PM-4s are auditoriums. PM-2E Parlor All Mahogany comes in with all-mahogany construction, 24-3/4" scale, and Fender/Fishman pickup/preamp system (volume, bass, treble, tuner, and phase controls are available). Main construction features include solid mahogany back & sides, solid mahogany top, a traditional 12th fret neck joint, and vintage hardware. Antique Cognac Burst (w/open pore finish) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a mahogany neck w/C profile, a 19-fret fingerboard made of ovangkol, an ovangkol bridge, and open-gear tuners.
