Malibu Classic is the most expensive of the three Malibu models available and is one of three Classic models (Redondo and Newporter models complete the Classic tier), coming in at $799.99. Main features include all-solid body construction, a fast neck attached at the 14th fret, Fender/Fishman electronics, and Fender`s own hardware. The color palette is made up of Cosmic Turquoise and Hot Rod Red Metallic, and is shared among the Classic models. Other notable features include solid mahogany back/sides, solid Sitka spruce soundboard, C-shaped mahogany neck, 20-fret pau ferro fingerboard, pau ferro bridge, and Fender tuners.
