Classical guitar shape is always related to the nylon-string concept, but the truth is, both the steel-stringers and nylon-stringers are made with this body contour. Nylon-stringed guitars are far more populous, but Bedell and some other significant manufacturers make a small, but quality section of steel-stringed guitars with classical body shape. BOH-18-G is one of those models and it comes with a non-cutaway body made of sapele back and sides with spruce sound board on top. Natural binding and standard rosette grace the top panel of this 18-fret six-stringer. Bridge section is equipped with a belly-contoured bridge made of rosewood. Mahogany neck is made of a single piece of wood, which is Bedell`s favorite neck option. 18-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood.
