BR3-N5F is a five-string model from the Acoustic Bass series made by Boulder Creek Guitars. This model is one of several fretless models in this series and it comes with pretty much standard specs list. Body of this five-string bass is made of laminated mahogany sides, solid cedar sound board and solid mahogany back panel. this type of construction optimizes the tone strength and projection. Two more authentic appointments aid the tone quality. First one is the suspended bracing and the second is the existence of two sound holes. One is on the sound board and the other is on the side, right next to the preamp. Neck is attached with a dovetail joint and topped with a standard 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with abalone dot inlays.
